The Oö. Berufsqualifikationen-Anerkennungsgesetz [Upper Austrian Act on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications] shall apply to the recognition of professional qualifications if not expressly provided for otherwise in this state act and to the extent recognition is not to take place in accordance with specific provisions under federal or state law.
Where an Austrian regional authority recognises a professional qualification, a professional internship or professional experience that was gained in a state pursuant to Sec. 1 line 1 of the Upper Austrian Act on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications, this shall be deemed a recognition within the meaning of this state act.
